Nations in the third world rarely lack problems that can be reported. However, hunger, poverty, and war share significant portions in such countries that are mostly believed to exist in Africa. The population in such countries lack enough to eat or to cater for themselves. The shelter where they take refuge during adverse weather conditions such as sandstorms is not decent enough to weather off diseases such as malaria. Editors and managers sitting in large well-lit and conditioned offices might not understand the situations their counterparts undergo on the ground. However, such brave journalists who take it up as part of their responsibility and show up regardless of the danger represent the very few who should be awarded trophies and medals for brevity. This is because not just everyone possesses the guts to show up in a place that bullets ricochet off the wall every single minute and it's normal for them.
