For many years the younger generations have been told "[they] weren't ready, [they] didn't have enough experience, [they] didn't have the right experience, [they] weren't a good culture fit" (Chan 1). Society has let the stigma of younger candidates not being suitable for a particular job to rest. So many great opportunities are thrown away just because people won't take the time to really get to know a person before putting a wall up. Now is the time more than ever to break that barrier and take hold of the incredible talent that is right in front of us. The younger generations' minds have great viewpoints that can ultimately help us see the bigger picture in situations.
