Chan and Kim Bui expressed that "with a number of retirements in the uppermost echelons of journalism coming in 2021, the future of many legacy newsrooms... [is] wide open" for millennials to take control (par. 9). They discuss in detail that even with everything that has happened in 2020, millennials were the ones to keep journalism, news, and radio stations alive. While many millennials have been taken for granted by other generations and many believe that they will ruin the world, Chan and Bui assert that it is time for the millennials to take control and prove the world wrong.
