In Allen, Texas some concerns have been made about the new district zoning and how it will affect the upcoming football season. The Allen High school football team is a big deal in Allen and is taken very seriously. In pervious years Allen has played teams in Plano ISD, McKinney ISD, Prosper, and Jesuit. However new zoning occurred for the 2020-2021 school year. The teams Allen will be facing may put up a bit more competition. A parent of a football player stated "Some of the away games will not fit all of Allen, not sure why we're playing some of these teams." People have a lot of opinions on the new things coming for not only the football team but all sports playing these teams in the upcoming year.
