News Consumption

Social media has changed how we consume news in many ways. We don’t look at news as simply as we did in the past, as one for of news. Now there are different categories of news, fake news, entertainment news, facts news, etc. basically there is real and fake and everything else falls under those two categories. It was not something many had to worry about before the 2000’s. Worrying if the information reporters were telling us was real or not. More than half of the people in the world that use the internet use social media for their news consumption.
