A popular news outlet for current military members and veterans is OAF Nation. while they don't have their own news website, they stay prevalent in social media. Their news stories would go something like this: Bold, white title letters with a caption giving the surface details of the story, while a photo of someone or something relevant to the subject matter is in the background. The story goes deeper in the format of a slide show conveying the information, some highlighted in red to show the details that are important, and another relevant picture sitting in the background. The news thread has its title in the top right of every slide. as well as the country of origin in the top left for relevancy. Their main website is here: http://oafnation.com/ OAF nation has been in plenty of hot water with other news outlets. Back in July of 2015, they were called out by the media outlet Rawstory for making fun of a combat veteran with PTSD that had put a sign on his door that said: "Combat veteran lives here: Please be courteous with your fireworks,” ( and the OAF Facebook account had responded with “Well which one is it, sister?!” the posts read. “Are you ‘comfortable with violence’ or do you want people to cater to your fragility because you volunteered to be around sh*t that blows the f*ck up? Thank f*ck the Taliban and AQ don’t have roman candles and firecrackers.” link to the news story:https://www.rawstory.com/2015/07/militia-goons-mock-combat-veterans-who-display-fggoty-ass-yard-signs-asking-for-fireworks-courtesy/
