Our superintendent recently announced his resignation from Lovejoy High School and has decided to take another job at Preston Christian Academy. This was a big hit to many in our community because he was loved and admired by many Lovejoy families. As I asked around, seeing what others had thought about his resignation, I was delightfully surprised to hear heartwarming responses. One of my friend's mom replied, "he was such a people person that took the time to get involved in the student's lives, and as a parent, that's all you can ask for." Although he was a great chapter here at Lovejoy, we are now on the hunt for a new superintendent.
