It is evident that everyone has read all about the new COVID-19 pandemic, after all its all news sites seem to be talking about. However, you may wonder how much of what you read is actually true. A conspiracy theory that has captured the attention of many believers is that the coronavirus was released by China as a bioweapon. This misinformation is fueled by the fact that China has a microbiology lab present "in the city of Wuhan that just happens to be … the epicenter of the epidemic." This theory has been debunked countless times by researchers, however, some still have a strong suspicions of what China's intentions have been since the spread of the mass pandemic.
