Since the first confirmed case of Coronavirus in the United States. There has been a huge shortage of supplies like: tissue, paper towels, hand sanitizer, mask, household cleaning products. In an article by The Washington Post interviews a few workers at these stores and the employees explained how people were just shopping in a panic. It has gotten to the point where ‘‘’Items are selling out immediately, as soon as they go up on shelves ”’ (Target employee). The information that is presented on the news has made many Americans freak out, which has caused this shortage for absolutely no reason.
