Differences are very apparent when comparing the front page of newspaper. For example, although the corona virus is a major topic in both newspapers, the Dallas Morning News chooses to put the news of Bernie Sanders dropping out of the democratic election as "Sanders bows to Biden." The Press-Telegram uses pictures and text that emphasizes the severity of what's going on in the world currently. The Dallas Morning News includes optimistic and hopeful pictures and language that are very different from that of the Press -Telegram newspaper. Also, in both, large, bolded text is used to highlight the main and important points.
