RIP to the Neutrality vs. Objectivity game

Today's journalism faced with the fact, "Objectivity is not neutrality. Neutrality tries and fails to correct the real biases and prejudices of the journalist, which is impossible to do.(Tonya)" the author talked about her real story, which her boss asked about the possibility of objectively cover the story of black people because the reporter is black. And the old boss thoughts the white journalist has views of the objective. The author states that it is impossible to be objective, and also, a journalist can not be neutral because of skin color. She said, diversity of journalists in the newsroom so the variety perspective of news can make news to be unbiased.
