Snapchat and Instagram are the two most popular social media apps amongst teenagers today. These two apps are used very frequently it is said that "78% of internet users are ages 18-24 use Snapchat." That is 3/4 of the people in that age range that use Snapchat which is a lot. Instagram is used frequently too and with that being these apps have to get news out somehow no matter what kind. However these apps have two different ways of showing news. In Snapchat they have a page full of different news stories you can tap on and tap through reading news about just anything. They make it very accessible and are the better option. On Instagram on the other hand you have to be following the person to be able and access news which makes this difficult.
