Spinning Differently

These two posts are showing the same articles with opposite titles and different rhetoric's. Some headlines are "163,000 Jobs Added In July; Unemployment Rate Rose To 8.3 Percent." using more facts while others use interpretation in their headlines such as "US economy's job engine revved up in July." Similar in appearance although different in interpretation and use of facts. "Both sides are to using the report to double down on their respective tax plans. House Speaker John Boehner said "any new job creation is welcome news," but that unemployment above 8 percent makes it "insane to raise taxes on small businesses."
