Taking a walk or a swim?

Ever since COVID-19 emerged and people have been quarantined, there has been a rise of people participating in outdoor activities. It's honestly surprising because initially you would have thought that everyone would be consumed by technology but in fact the opposite has happened. These outdoor activities include taking evening walks which I assume is popular across all neighborhoods. But, recently my neighborhood has the sprinklers going off while residents are walking. I've asked on our community app about how people feel about the situation and they did not hesitate to give their opinions. Amanda Clerly complains about how " we are also trying to keep a good distance from other people but these sprinklers force us to all move toward the same direction ". Other residents also supported her claim and the overall idea of how no one wants to get wet while going on a evening walk. I can see how Clerly used a form of logos to make the other residents understand how this causes us to be as safe as we could be. This also appeals to people because it comes from a perspective of not only getting wet but also for safety, which a lot of people are not willing to risk. The community must work with the home owners association ( HOA ) and figure out the best time to set the sprinklers off.
