According to “Predictions for Journalism 2021” on NiemanLab, two journalists Julia B. Chan and Kim Bui posted an article about how 3,629,238 millennials behave against negative views on them. They said “we were told we weren’t ready, we didn’t have enough experience, we didn’t have the right experience, we weren’t a good culture fit. or we were too radical. And then 2020 happened.” Despite this anti-millennials’ response, they argued that new journalism will be led by millennials who can reckon for the inclusive newsroom and more representative leadership. Also, they pointed out that new reform of journalism is inevitable and necessary with multiple media platforms such as social media.
