Currently in the pandemic COVID 19 is on the rise and more and more people are getting infected and potentially could have the disease be deadly for them, however are commander in chief has said that he wants to "slow down testing". Trump apparently has been back and forth with his team because some aides said he was joking, but trump reassured when he told reporters "I don't kid". Now it seems trump will be withholding federal funds that were supposed to go to testing sites in order to slow down the testing of cases. It seems he is doing this to make it where case numbers will go down and make him look better for the upcoming election.
