Nowadays, a popular way of receiving news and information is through social media. Sites like Twitter and Facebook are extremely popular in particular. For Twitter, information can be accessed through your timeline, hashtags, or search bar. Bigger news and sponsored articles can appear in Twitter Moments, a quick but informative way to access breaking news with pre-compiled bits of information from different sources. With Facebook, though, there is no Moments feature. In fact, unless someone you're friends with puts an article on your feed, you probably won't see it. Because of this, I find Twitter's rhetoric to be more effective. "Moments guide is customized to show you current topics that are popular or relevant, so you can discover what is unfolding on Twitter in an instant" according to their help site. They know they have a superior and original way of communicating information, and they make sure you know it by always providing Moments on the top of your search tab.
