As a Twitter user, I decided to look into the ways it presents news. While most people don't use the app for news, it certainly has that ability. Twitter gives you the option to search for different information, in the same area it allows you to do this, it also provides recent or trending information such as the Coronavirus or the NFL Combine. Twitters main strategy for getting people to utilize their news service is convenience and abundance. Unlike other sources, Twitter can be looked at anywhere you are and can provide a large amount of information such as "Happy Independence Day, Dominican Republic". I don't use Twitter solely for its news feature, but I am sure glad it is there.
