With the rise of the world wide pandemic increasing in the United states, corona virus has affected the lives of everyone. Whether you've been diagnosed, know someone affected or do not, COVID-19 has affected so many. Sadly, seniors all over the nation are unsure about what lies ahead for their future and graduation. Of course corona virus memes and jokes are taking over social media, but after calling and talking to many fellow seniors, for all it's a hard time. Every high school and college seniors graduation has been put on hold. Although the virus is out of our control, it still “feels like a slap in the face to see this happen so close to when you were supposed to be done” (Shavers).
