Music is the true speaker to the people. The amount of lives that have been changed from music is something you can't put a number on. Because the lyrics of music can change the listener internally. For example, when I workout I listen to heavy metal. It puts me in a headspace to raise my intensity in a workout. But recognize this, musicians with high consideration to politics put political statements into their music. And in turn, influence their listeners to think a certain way.
